If you received a physical item (ie. Shirt, Bonus Box, Mystery Swatch Box, or Supplies Pack) as your bonus, your item will ship within 10 business days. You will receive the tracking number once the item has shipped. 

if you received a store discount as your bonus item, you can use it right away in our store. Simply enter your Bonus Code at checkout to receive your discount. Only one discount is allowed per transaction. They may not be combined. 

Yes. Cards are valid through 12/31/2023. So we can make sure that we can keep the giveaway items in stock we have to set an expiration date.

That's great! After you complete the process of redeeming your first code, it will give you the option to enter more codes. 

No, you may only use one discount per transaction. Discounts include discount codes, promotions, or "make an offer" discounts. If you have multiple discount codes, you are welcome to use them on future purchases.  

Yes, we still accept Redemption Cards, but we are no longer including Redemption Cards with our mystery products. As of December 2020, we have transitioned to including Bonus Cards. You can still submit your Redemption Cards as before - (5) redemption cards for (1) bonus item.
